Id say its the "&" in the username thats messing it up. Try creating a new user with only 1 word and try running modmii from that user.

yes it is definitely the "&" in the username. You will likely have some issues using ModMii Classic too if there is an "&" in the Path where ModMii is saved. I'll try seeing if I can figure out a workaround later on, but for now the solution is to just avoid usernames and path's with "&" in them

edit: I think I may have just thought of a way to address this for the next update

Hi i have just ran modmii and it seems that postloader wants to update but it fails, i have verbose output set to on and i can see that it seems to download successfully. Its trying to update to 3.59.5 and it is failing everytime at the mo.

Just thought id let you know.

I've PM'd stfour about this, "postloader.3.59.5.zip" is not set up correctly for ModMii, it is missing the "apps" folder, "ploader" folder, etc. So this isn't a problem with ModMii, once the correct file is uploaded it work properly again

I think I fixed the problem your having, can you please confirm by doing the following:

Open support\modmiiskin.bat in notepad or whatever, and search for this line:

set wabat=%TEMP%\wabat.bat

and above that line insert this line:

set temp=temp

so that it looks like

set temp=temp
set wabat=%TEMP%\wabat.bat

occasionaly I have problems launching my neek2o uneek+di nand from neek2o channel (wii hangs on black screen) is this a known problem with the channel or with uneek?

this is the first I'm hearing of this. It's known that using the channel to launch a freshly built emunand could take longer to load (as does any launch method). You may want to bring this up in the neek2o thread, obcd and overjoy know more about this stuff than me: www.tinyurl.com\neeek2o

Hello to all
Well got the new update and Avast antivirus goes crazy ,pops a windows saying that the WizzApp.exe is a virus.Also got the same message that Shag got, that a the wrong key was typed.
Any ideas of what is going on ?

disable your stooopid antivirus and apply the same solution I gave to shag earlier

I can't believe any antivirus would have an issue with wizapp.exe. All wizapp is capable of doing is popping up "gui" windows... I mean, a batch file itself is more dangerous. Goes without saying I would NEVER do anything malicious with modmii and it will always be 100% safe and never even ask for admin rights... but my point is anyone could create a batch file to format drives, edit the registry, etc. (it would need to be run as an administrator to work, but u get the idea). So why an antivirus would all of a sudden have issues with the latest rev of ModMii cuz it has wizapp.exe bundled with it is beyond me... pretty stooopid anti-virus IMHO.

I have Avast and I haven't had any problems using ModMii alongside it, as yet...

Modmii 6.0 doesnt let me modify my NAND. It's just let me wait for 60 seconds and do nothing. It just pop up with a notepad that everything is installed but not actually.

I posted in the general question forum. But no answers. How do I use the cheat codes? Using ModMii 6.0 and I downloaded all the cheats onto SD. Clicked on game in Cfg USB and went to manage cheats. Checked a cheat. Started game. Didn't work. What do I do? Am I doing it wrong?

that is indeed a bug, thx for reporting it! I just fixed it and will have to put out an update probably tomorrow.

enable your cheats in cfg, Save them (ie. as *.gct file), then make sure ocarina\cheat options are enabled, then launch the game.

btw, not 15 minutes after putting out this update I noticed another small little "bug".

For donators who have the easter egg, it won't be enabled when using ModMii's drag and drop support. This will be fixed in the next update (it's already fixed in my personal version now, but I like waiting a bit in between updates unless there are major issues). If you've donated to ModMii and really want this next update released asap let me know via email or PM and I'll put out the next update sooner.
