if u can't delete one of the wiispeak channels from the wii options menu, then CAREFULLY use any title deleter to delete one of the channels, and nothing else. Misuse of any title deleter can brick your Wii

Re your forwarder channel, is it the forwarder ModMii installed (ie. 3d spinning hard drive)? Are you able to load wiiflow from the homebrew channel? Make sure u can boot into it from the HBC before focusing on getting the forwarder channel to work. It's possible you're HDD isn't compatible with the Wii.

I have a question. I think ModMii might be able to help here, but some apps I run crash instead of load. Seeing that they all run under IOS58, would it be possible to change that so they run off of IOS249? I think it'd require installing something so I want to find way to solve this problem.

Usb loader on system menu sd/USB V70 oggzee etc loads and and runs a game file I have already loaded to the hard disk via wiibackupmgr on my pc, is wiiflow required?

Also, u can use mmm to reload to a different IOS and use it's app loader to load another app using w/e IOS u want to test, if it doesn't work at least u didn't go through all the effort of making forwarders that load using a different IOS.

WiiFlow is not required, it's an alternative to configurable usb-loader, I only mentioned it because u did.

Some earlier versions (Like the first version that allows for SPC playback) boot to a DSI error, while the latest version just returns me to my loader (HBC or PostLoader3).

Yeah. I've heard others have had success in running it. That's why I'm trying to solve the problem instead of waiting. I don't know if the program is in development anymore, but it might be because the most recent version of DMP was released in Feburary of 2011.

You are correct I mentioned wiiflow both 1st post and 2nd clearer post whicjh you gave solution to dupe channels and I thanked you.
It was mentioned as it existed before the guide was ran with a new 2GB sd card and my belief (rightly or wrongly) was that the guide download (guide section 1 and/or near end of section 5 wad downs) and applied usb actions without touching wiiflow wherever it was in memory external to the previous card.
I appreciate your app and guide, and in particular the time you spend helping people use it, including noviices who have had numerous recommendations to use the app, and would hope to clear the rest of the mishaps with your help.

Ok, so tueidj says its not IOS related since it says "something weird happend" but there are no guides that aren't reinstalling a bunch of IOSes to get passed this error

1os236 cios30v6174TED and the cios36v3094TEND wads all refuse to install. Impossible to delete ios58 it seems. ios58 seems to just sit there when i push " - " to delete it.

As for using the fix within ModMii itself. All the wads install without errors but when I go to apps then to the hackmii installer I still get the No Vulnerable IOS message.

DOPMII to reinstall every ios, only 56 wouldn't install because it was a lesser version number than the one I had.

Have you ever tried copying a savefile to your SD card, deleting it from the wii then copying it back?

Hi , have used modmii a few times before with no problems, anyway, i went check out the d2x beta section today but after i type "beta", the modmii windows changes and then the program exits...

anybody have an ideas why this is happening??

Try it again, it should work now.

We're changing the files hosted here from zip's to 7z's, and I had uploaded a 7z archive there to test the current modmii beta. I just removed the 7z download for now so the latest official version of ModMii should work again. But after the next modmii update davebaol and I will change the files hosted on the google code page to be 7z files instead of zips and older versions of ModMii will need to be updated before accessing the d2x beta menu.

Um no. It means the signature in your SEEPROM (from one of Nintendo's private keys) is corrupt. Basically your wii is faulty but it won't affect anything besides copying savegames, buying things from the shop channel or installing HBC.

its not an SD card issue. the "something weird happened" error from the hackmii installer comes from checking the same cert that your wii appends to the end of saves and channels when you move them to the SD card. when you try to move these saves back to the wii, the system menu checks that cert. and in your case, it doesn't like it.

so you have 2 programs that are both complaining about the cert of your wii. something weird indeed happened to it. and another SD card wont fix it.
