    im having trouble finding some bands on usenet...looking for some non mainstream music.

    for non-mainstream I would go with Demonoid
    I know it's not usenet but it has a lot of music that's hard to find..

    I always used www.audiofind.com it filters only music binaries... but dosn't seem to work anymore [​IMG]

    You could try RockBox Psychocydd for some stuff. It's mainly metal, punk and rock but they do have a few other things as well.


    For individual tracks you should try out http://www.b3ta.cr3ation.co.uk/site/music-plus/. It's by some guy I know. It uses loads of search engines to find the track and then lets you stream them directly from the website or download the track.

    cool, i used to use oink but im done with that upload as much as u download crap.
