ROM Hack Best translation for Soul Silver or Heart Gold

Which one of these many fabulous patches is the most complete..there's so many I wouldnt know where to start so I need some advice!

In most instances I would tell you to use the search button, but with the massive bawwing of a certain unnamed translator, and many more dropping out/delaying/disappearing, I have no clue myself.

They are many good games out , zelda , ps0 , k/h , / m&l bis .. do you have already tryed /played these or are you just pokemon hyped ?

for soul silver the XXLANCEXX's translation/100% scrambled version in yaymii's thread is the most completed but some of the english is scrambled but still very playable

and for heart gold any really since the story hasn't been worked on too much kazo's patch is good for battle, descriptions etc... but not story
