I have about 600 gigs of video (Simpsons series 1-16 etc) that I want to put on DVD. However nero keeps crashing on me. What's the best program to do this?

Would using DVD+R's make a big difference? I have about 800 DVD-R's laying around so I was hoping to use those, but I would prefer quality video.

And finally I can only fit around 5 episodes of whatever series I have. Is there anyway to fit more without loosing quality? Perhaps another video format? Most of what I have are avi's. So one season of say.. Pokemon - Season 1 (52 episodes) would be around 10 DVD's - times that by all 468+ episodes.. Well you get the point.

ConvertXtoDVD is the best! It's simple to use and you can create custom menus with chapters and subtitles!

i think nero vision works well if you're converting .avis directly to dvdplayer viewable dvds, cause unless your dvd player can read divx or xvid or any other codec, it wont work
