If i'm correct, none of the emus can even load it properly... i.e. they don't load at all. I mean, thats if memory serves.

SNEmulDS would probably be called the best, but there aren't any SNES emulators for which "most" problems can be fixed by any measure.

EDIT: That said, this is still nonsense:
It runs with some graphical problems on text boxes in SNEmulDS. Entirely playable, but tiresome to read the next. Just wait for Chrono Trigger DS.

Best option. When Chrono Trigger DS does come out, you will lose all progress anyways.

He means that you won't be able to transfer your SNES save to your DS and continue, and since playing the native DS port will be superior to the emulated SNES game, you'll want to play the DS version anyway, so you might as well just wait for it and not have to start over later.

SnemulDS can play it but the sound and graphics are messed up.

There's no way to play this game well on a SNES DS emulator. PLEASE think about it. The DS version is coming out on November 24 and will be a perfect port AND THEN SOME. It's the best thing you can do.

unless i'm mistaken, isn't the japanese version coming out soon? so to those who are unable to read japanese, isn't it useless/annoying.

No, shockingly. The only release date we have so far is for the US. It's November 24. We don't have a date for Japan. We know Europe will get it in early 2009.

Graphics look better in SnezziDS than SNEmulDS but the sound is clearly superior when running in SNEmulDS.

Though I agree that it would probably be best to wait for CT DS.

No, it used a special chip called the SA-1 which added extra CPU and memory to improve graphics. The thing was faster than the actual SNES.

But, once again the DS provides where you can't emulate:

Now we need a Mario RPG remake (not likely with the VC release though).

Best advice: Wait for Chrono Trigger DS.

Hell, don't even touch it before it's released. You'd get the most fun when it's released. Trust me on this one. It doesnt play too well on the emulator anyways.
