A portablized Wii with a HDMI dongle? You're probably better off waiting for Retroarch on the Steam Deck.

HDMI input might give you problems, this is the only thing I can think of which might come close and it’s only in China AFAIK:

Why exactly do you need HDMI input? Have you considered a portable monitor?

IIRC HDMI input dongles have existed for tablet but with limitations e.g. resolution.
