Mupen64Plus FZ should do the trick.
i ran SM64 and SM Star Road on my (pretty shitty) phone and it works well.

Tendo64 is actually better than Mupen64. Mupen64 seems to have trouble with textures and speed. Tendo64 fixes alot of that.
