Dude there are some really crappy movies in that list

But I would say my favorite would be Memento or Donnie Darko.

And pretty much any movie that messes up with your mind and comes up with a huge revelation in the end that makes you want to see it over and over again, checking for every details that you could have noticed the first time to understand it all before the end!
(like The Usual Suspects, Fight Club...)
