Gaming Best Mario Kart Wii characters + karts/bikes?

I'm pretty much settled on my small Mii and Blue Falcon.

I can usually get in front and stay in front pretty easily using this combo. I do not do too much drifting and turbos. It is all about going as fast as possible on the correct lines, plus I hate braking

I might have a try using some of the information from that FAQ to see if it does improve my performances.

i always use luigi and Nostalgia 1 because its easy to control

I still haven't unlocked around 3 more things, rosetta, dry bowser and the Mii suit B i think. Though I don't know why but I use Diddy Kong and Mach Bike with auto drift (Using Wiimote and Wii Wheel) and it seems to be pretty handy.

funky kong and bowser bike. daisy and mach bike. both at manual drift control...the fastest characters for me.
