Hacking Best GBA emu for Vita?

I'm looking for the best GBA emu for the vita. I don't have any experience using retroarch so ideally would prefer a stand alone emu if there is one? Any advice much appreciated!

EDIT Looked online, is TEMPGBA4PSP the best? I have Adrenaline so assume I can use it?

Thanks for replying. Is retroarch tricky to install? I found that mGBA is the best one so far.
