Realhotstuff is on the reseller list, but under hong kong. Dunno why the US site isn't, but rest assured that its legitimate. They are by far the best and most reliable store in the US, you won't be disappointed.

You'll be hard pressed to find a store that does accept PayPal as they refuse to do business with anyone selling flashcards. There have been a couple that have had accounts briefly in the past but they have usually been revoked after a couple of weeks.

If you're worried about credit card security, get a prepaid card. Just make sure whatever store you choose supports the card holder (visa, amex, etc).
