Hacking Best Friendly 3ds to cia converter

Hello everyone, i got a cartridge of mh3 ultimate USA and i want to play local with 2 3ds consoles(4.2 fimrware, both), so i dumped the cartridge with gateway tool and i got a .3ds file. What is the best automatic .3ds to cia tool? so i can install that cia on to the other console via rxtools.

Simple 3DS to CIA tool. It generates a ncchinfo.bin that generates only the needed xorpads. You put them in the tool's xorpad folder, then click Convert to CIA. Takes literally a matter of 5 minutes from start to finish.
