Hacking Best course of action N3ds RX-E 9.2.0-20U to Luma

Hi, i'm trying to update my old n3ds, i haven't touched it much since my last update a few years ago with RX tools (firmware 9.2 USA), i would like to upgrade the CFW, is LUMA the best one right now? can anybody point me in the right direction to update it?
Right now im on: RX-E 9.2.0-20U and it's working fine.
