R4 looks fantastic and it's really tempting me, but I still like to play gba games so I might go for a supercard lite.

Is there any news on a slot-1 card that can play gba games?

EZ-5 by far the best option.

The 3-in-1 Expansion Pack is included in the EZ-Flash V Bundle Pack for a little extra than just the EZ-V itself, but I’m happy to say that it’s worth the money. The expansion pack brings GBA, RAM and Rumble functionality to the EZ-V which ultimately makes the EZ-V one of the most feature rich slot-1 cards on the market.

Just got my R4 Card today and I have to admit, NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY R4DS got 181 votes... its so awesome, why it doesnt need passcard or something... let me put it like this... the Package of R4DS includes the R4 Slot 1 Card, a USB Micro SD Card Reader... nice... a nice package to keep your card safe and a CD that holds every single bit of information you need... which is not that difficult

thats the only thing I can do to this CARD; I am a BELIEVER now... I have to admit I was frustrated with my N-Card, but now, I am pleased with this card... I am playing all night... had other things to do,.... but NO WAY! I am busy at the moment... by the way for those shoppers that want to get a nice cheap R4DS and a Japanese Micro SD Card, this is the place

http://www.sky2k.com

$35 + $16 of the MicroSD

They have the best customer support I have never SEEN, they even got my N-Card back to send out this set, of course I am giving out the detailed price, not my offer

anyways good luck testing others, but the R4DS is the BEST!

I voted for the R4, I own the M3, R4, EZ-5, and I have to say the the R4 is the best. Although, I like the EZ-5 menu layout and format more than the R4.

If you want to play GBA aswell I suggest this set up:

-M3 Simply or R4 DS (I have a Simply but they are both identical almost) $35-$40
-EZ-Flash 3-in-1 Expansion Pak - $20

The Simply or R4 can play all the NDS games. Then, you can download a program by Cory1942 (is that his name) and BigBoss and that program basically allows you to play more than 1 GBA game on the EZ-Flash 3-in-1.

I have this set-up and I am very happy with the results.
