Best Buy could learn a thing or two from Amazon

I ordered a usb hub on Saturday from bestbuy.com because it says I would get it Tuesday. Well I wasn't paying attention it said I'll get it Tuesday the 30th. So I went to go cancel it it said for two days "you can't make any changes we are preparing your order" and then just now it "shipped" (even though it still says awaiting UPS to pick up) so I still can't make any changes. Amazon you can change things anyway you'd like up to the moment it actually ships. They only do that because they don't want people to cancel their orders. That's fine I just won't make future orders with them and they'll lose more money for having a stupid policy. Also I looked at the in store pickup date for the item it said July 1st I know there's a coronavirus but why the hell would that mean it would take 10 days for me to be able to pick up an item that is ridiculous.
