You can burn GC games to DVD.

Of course we can. That´s one of the main reasons this thread was opened.
ImgBurner is the best software for burning games.
I olny said USB loading was not possible for GC games

Let's clear some stuff up here...

ImgBurner (like most would agree) Is the best program to use to burn .iso files

USB Loading of games CAN be done, but you'll have to splash out and get yourself a WODE. Otherwise USB loading is for only wii games, right now. This is most likely forever since the GC part of the Wii would have to be forced to use the usb ports. Since the GC never had usb ports, the likely hood seems rather closed. But, I'm not gonna say, "never ever" because who knows what some clever guy/group are gonna come up with one day!

And for people always saying go get a HDD, not everyone wants to spend or has the money on a HDD that's gonna back up a few games. As for me myself for a short period of time, after buying the wii, controllers, etc etc, all I could afford to buy were blanks!

Why not just backup the ISO, then if you ever need it, you can just burn it with disc, not go through hassle now...?

OP is asking for a DVD burner (physical DVD drive), not CD authoring program.

@OP, any burner capable of burning DVD-R is good enough.
