AVG for viruses. The best thing it its free. Microsoft have an anti spyware program, forgot its name. You can download it for XP. Its already built into vista and I've been using vista for weeks and not got any spyware at all.

For SpyWare, I use what I like to call the Three Amigos:

Spywareblaster
Spybot
Ad-Aware

AVG for viruses.....though I never seem to get any.

1) Stay off the azn pr0n sites and don't click links. PERIOD. You're done.

2) If you must still look at webpr0n and download your roms from fagsites, head on over to Trend Micro and do a FREE Housecall scan. I have recovered countless friends' machines with that simple, free, online scanner. And here's the best part : No installation. No registry entries, no uninstall garbage, and most of all : No active bytesniffing, sucking up cycles and choking your intralweb. They update constantly and have never failed me. You can even use it to scan specific folders or archives you think may be sketchy (caught many trojans in archives that way.) I have used Trend Micro Housecall exclusively for over 3 years and have never had a single active infection.

3) Last, but certainly not least - in fact, the most important security measure you can take : DON'T TORRENT.

I don't go to porn anymore. However, no torrent is too hard... I can't live without it.

NOD 32 is excellent, along with zonealarm working along side it, cant go wrong

i haven't tried zonealarm, but i can certainly vouch for NOD 32.

many a times it has stopped executing viruses on my pc.

I never had any luck with NOD32. Always made my system crash, randomly restart, etc. and on my friend's PC... Well, after he installed it Windows crashed altogether for him and he had to wipe his hard drive and start over.

don't know how that happened...

i haven't had a single problem, plus it was reccomended to me by someone on #ndstemp XD .

it also is extremely fast and efficient, consuming low resources.

it's so good that i uninstalled norton antivirus, which was a paid subscription (by my parents).

cracks are great

I don't quite understand it either since it's a legitimately good program according to magazines and such. Same thing happened to my grandfather with Kaspersky. He installed it and his PC wouldn't boot even though I have never had any problems with it.

  • x65943 @ x65943:
If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
  • JuanMena @ JuanMena:
    Just kiss me Kyle.
  • x65943 @ x65943:
You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive
  • x65943 @ x65943:
"Just kiss me Kyle." And I thought all the godreborn gay stuff was a smear campaign
