So the last update I did I think was 2.0. How do I upgrade to the latest firmware? What are the major changes?

Do I need to upgrade to use CIA files?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
