Last thing I did was install boot9strap and update luma.
1: Has anything overthrown Boot9Strap?

2: I haven't updated my 3ds since, Should I just update Luma and update the 3DS? It is safe?

3: Is there any new crazy hombrew (Like a NDS rom Launcher ? )
