how do these work? can they be used with SX OS?
also e shop titles have been added as well, do those works? you just run them like any other xci title?

SX OS has no way of installing game updates, DLC, or eShop titles. Although you can use LayeredFS to use DLC and DevMenu to install game updates. eShop titles can be installed with DevMenu as well but they will not work currently because launching the games will try to validate that you bought them so we will need a CFW that blocks this from happening.

That is a philosophical debate. The dump contains all of the game and no lossy compression has been applied.

On the actual subject though, no kidding. Have you never been to a rom sharing website? There's different groups releasing dumps and has been for every scene. Why are we welcoming them like new buddies?

Yes all, have a look at the FatCamel releases, they are also trimmed. That saves much time, when the files are only half of the size.

I dunno how any of this means I'm new the the scene. I've been downloading scene releases since the early 2000s.

I'm a member of one of the top scene sites on the internet with my own seedbox and 10s of terabytes downloaded and twice that uploaded. I've modded every system I've had since the ps1

Why would I need/want to impress you? Im just stating that GBATemp is not the place to ask for roms of any sort and that a google search will get you what you need.
Also on a side note if you cant manage that yourself, you are not ready for what scene releases mean at this current time and you will probably run into a ban sooner then later.

If you have access to one of their HQs or an affil it will never be fake Then no need to wait for the trickle down to torrents/cyberlockers. Nothing like having it as soon as it pre's lol.
HR have been around for years, about time a group filled in the missing blanks for jap releases, it was bound to be them

I can find Nintendo Switch releases in one simple search. Sure private trackers and so on are a different story.

But still the whole whining about I can not find game X or dump Z is so done.
Check indexers like nswdb if is there chances are you can find it with relative ease.
If it's not there; then it's a personal dump or on a private tracker of sorts.
