this is also incorrect. Use the batteries up to about 30 percent minimum and back up to 100 percent. It's good to always go back to 100 percent and this is obvious with the switch in the dock because that is the default way of using it. If you don't keep the switch docked at least charge it to 100 percent once you've hit about 30 percent. I have 5 year old devices that still hold charge like new using this method.
No, the best way is to stay between 65-75%, see https://batteryuniversity.com/learn/article/how_to_prolong_lithium_based_batteries Charging between 85% and 25% is better than between 100% and 50%.

Also see e.g. here: https://www.androidcentral.com/smar...06.1536963320-801800279.1536963320#bottomline

The problem is that just that you can't tell the switch to stop charging at e.g. 80%, because it of course wouldn't be sensible to pull the switch of the plug when it reaches 80%, because then it would discharge, which would also be bad.

Now 6% in 20 hours with full airplane mode in OFW/AutoRCM - seems like that is not what makes the difference. I am not sure whether I really want to remove AutoRCM for the final test or not.

did you tested without autorcm? I have the same problem like you...

WHY?? Why have you posted on a thread over 6 months old??? There had been no replies on this thread since September of 2018. It's now March 2019 and you just loaded up the temp and thought, "huh, this seems like a good time to pull a dead thread up from the depths of the forum. Let's see...... I'll.... Choose.... this one!"

I tested OFW (3.0.2) without sx os / atmosphere and battery drain in sleep mode is around 5% in 24H, but when I installed sx os even without autorcm enabled the battery drain is around 10/15% in 24h...
