Hardware Banned switch Recently became unbanned

I know this been discussed so much but is it possible to see the ban and write over it. I have two switchs one banned and the other isn’t. Just wondering because though if I put a save file from the banned switch to the unbanned switch would that ban the unbanned switch. I think Nintendo made it possible to transfer save files from one switch to another, if it’s not possible ignore this post.

Depends what is in the save file. Some hacked 6 ways from Sunday save file might well trouble things.

That said save transfer is officially an online authorised thing (some options for family accounts and whatnot) so I am presuming the banned nature would trouble that, meaning you get to hack your unbanned one if you absolutely must transfer save files.
