Hacking Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie Injected WAD

Will somebody seriously figure a way to inject Banjo Kazooie and Tooie ?? It really has been a long time this has been just sitting with nobody figuring it out. If I had ANY idea as to how to do this I would, but seriously currently the only way to play even Banjo Kazooie right now is on the original N64 or *GASP* buying an xbox360 and downloading it now that its on 360's download section. I SERIOUSLY want somebody to figure this one out.

Is there any progress on this at all? I know a ton of people would go crazy if this was done.

why not just play on pc? with an emulator, project 64 works great even on low spec pcs and im talking like 64mb video celeron stuff lol, tats what i used to have.and it was laptop)

I know it came out for xbox 360 which is why I SAID that was one of the options, however I don't even own a 360 - I just think it's rather ODD that the only games that can't be injected are RARE games and also the fact that XBOX got the banjo kazooie classic game and also the new nuts n bolts game.

yea i knew my later post in this thread would of gotten removed, i just wanted to get a joke it. tbh, i cant see this EVER being released untill theres a more compatable wad released. which i bet that team was waiting for then they say o look what we did. i think there was an emulator for PC that looked like wii they could have just used that

Donkey Kong won't be going anywhere microsoft I don't think, since he's a character licensed from Nintendo to start with. It seriously sucks that Banjo won't be coming to Wii. I've injected a LOT of different regioned roms into a whole bunch of wads and installed them, none of them get past the classic controller screen.

It will be very, very hard to get it to work because Rare programmed the n64s gpu with their own custom code instead of the default nintendo calls, so that they could use tricks to load high resolution textures. Unfortunately, the Wii's built in n64 emulator only has support for a limited number of nintendo codes, and no support for rare code. (and probably never will)

I own all of these games legit on n64, but the Wii renders at 4 times the resolution and is so much more convenient than a pc, it would be awesome if someone could get it to work.
