Hacking Ban but still can use Miiverse

(Bad english incoming)
I'm a little confused...
i used gateway and get band (private header stuff I think)
now i downloadet a secureinfo_a from "that iso side" and injected it with nnidsave.bin everything is fine no black screen (bc modified file)
Now I startet Mario kart 7 online with private header and still got the 002-0102 error BUT then I tried to enter miiverse and boom it worked. Who is dis possible??
How can i unban me? I know there are often only 15 days bit i dont want to wait

good idea but No. My original card works fine.
And no other header works...

do a backup of you mk7 save and make a new one, maybe that will help

What can be banned - serial number, nnid, rom header, save - if you stay still banned after changing everything I don't know why

ok i deletet the save but still baned...
I will try a other Header tomorrow but thank u
