Hacking Balance Board with modded wii?

I want to play Wii Fit with a Balance Board. I have the WBFS for Wii Fit and will play it with USB Loader GX. Will the Balance Board and Wii Fit work with a modded Wii (like the way you cant use a PSP camera with a modded PSP)?

I can tell you first hand it works.

The only caveat is the same as with other controllers. If you're using emuNAND for saves you need to sync the board with the console first then copy the SYSCONF to your NAND dump using the Features setting menu.
