Bad news: Pokemon Black and White seems to have an anti-AR of sorts.
This anti-AR seems to be only triggered by SOME Flashcarts. This includes the M3 with Touchpod/M3 Sakura.
After trying to use some cheats for Pokémon Black and White, the screen stood black (Oh, the irony!) and never worked.
After setting them to OFF, the game continued working.
Me (And most likely more people) will be looking forward for a solution to this nuisance.
Meanwhile, toggle off cheats completely and rely on the B/W Pokésav.
Pros:
We have the ability to play most games lacking AP as clean roms.
System 2-in-1: TouchPod and M3Sakura*.
Cons:
No EXP gain for us if we use clean B/W roms.
*: Only available in the M3Sakura system.
Whoever knows a fix for this, please post how it could be fixed.

As said previously, the game is protected twice:
-The AP Patch, avoiding EXP Gain and random freezes.
-The AR Patch, which freezes the game after trying to toggle a cheat on on some flashcarts and even the original cartridges itself.
