Hacking Backup saves from original - Help!

I want to back up all my saves from my original games. Do I need a patched version of rein to work with this card? If so, where can I get such a thing? Is it fairly straightforward to do? Thanks!

Not possible with the R4. You would need some form of slot-2 device that allows you to insert the original game cart into slot 1.

Can I use the r4 to pass to my slot 2 card and then swap the R4 with an original game? Or do I have to use flashme?

Yes you can do that, it works for my friend at least. I'm waiting for my EZ4 Lite Deluxe to come so i can back-up my saves and play GBA back-ups and homebrew!!
