the first problem is likely due to ntsc vs pal issues, the second, well, even with the voluminous amounts of data you shared, i am unable to properly diagnose.

We need more info like System menu version, cIOS, backup loader, bootmii, what games, etc

the system menu version is 4.0
the backup loader i used is neogamma r7
the game that wont work is No More Heroes
the cios i have is cios r15
