What is it supposed to do?

i'ts supposed to load cheats and then load the game( it need the capability to load(patched)(region changed) backups

The backup launcher (or GeckoOs for originals) has the ocarina wii cheat app build-in
Just activate it in the settings
It should work with patched pal games

Codes must be put on sd card, using codemgr
