Gaming Backup Kidz Sports Ice Hockey

Hi there, is there some games that you just cannot back up. I am using Raw Dumper 2.0 and I have a LG 8161B Dvd rom. When I try to back this game up I get a Unexception error on Raw Dump 2.0. I have tried 2 times now and same error comes on. I tried backing my copy of Paper Mario WII and it worked fine. Any Idea's/
