Homebrew Backup games from Wii

Hi,

Been out of the loop for a year or so....
I have updated my system with Modmii, great app!! so now running 4.2 with all the latest IOS's etc.
Can someone tell me if anything has changed for backing up my original disks? I use to use a program that dumped to SD card but can't remember what it was called? is this still the best way to dump games?

Too dump original discs to sd card you can use cleanrip.
