Hacking Backup and Restore of games from WBFS = Corruption

I want to resize my drive so I backup all the games on my WBFS drive with WBFS Manager to my PC harddrive, a bunch of iso was created. When I installed them back to my WBFS drive, all games will either black screen or hang.

Had to rerip all of them from original discs.

what version number of wbfs manager did you use? One with or without the updated filesystem fix?

I was using "wbfs gui rev9" with this wbfs.exe "wbfs windows port build 'delta'. Mod v1.0 by Sorg." which is listed as fixed, is it?
