Hacking Backport PS4 games from 6.72 to 5.05 [OFFICIAL]

it would be amazing if someone made a new thread where there would be a list of games that can be backported to 5.05 or at least write here what works and what doesn't work according to discussions on the internet.

so far i have experience with rdr2 kh3 and spiderman in 5.05 but i can confirm they all seem fine.

The only patch I couldn't get was for Resident Evil 2 the link is now dead just have to wait for that

Red Dead Redemption 2 was backported with a fake pkg updater. Working in 5.05.
But the exploit is being modified in order to achieve stability: https://github.com/DarkModderVC/PS4JB

You dont need backported anything, i am running 6.72 all games are working, after i sent the jailbreak a left my ps4 on rest mode. Like that you dont need to send the jailbreak over.

Which tool do you guys use to extract and inject again the eboot / param file... with PS4PKG Viewer i cant load 6.xx or higher files, always get failed to load.

So, i (will soon) have Death Stranding Duplex and a file someone gave me, saying that after i install Death Stranding on my 5.05, that file will backport the game and it will work.

correct it doesn't matter how you go about it whether scene release or personal dump. There are several files that must be decrypted and downgraded. Keep in mind if using different base game a remarry for the patch with duxa repackager may be needed
