Homebrew Question Backing up saves to MicroSD in 5.1.0, possible?

First, I want to apologize in advance if there is a recent thread covering this. Tried searching for an answer but maybe I couldn't find the right keyword.

Second, is that a possibility? I am on 5.1.0, I would like to backup saves to the MicroSD and possibly restore them. What are my options to get that done?

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction! One other quick question if I may, do you know if it is possible to transfer a save from say User A to User B ? I'd assume it's title dependant but possible?

Yes, that's possible.

Other options include Y'allAreNuts and EdiZon (which has a very nice user interface, but CheckPoint's interface has also made recent improvements.)
