Homebrew Backing Up An Injected GBA CIA Game

would anyone know if it’s possible or how to,back up a Pokemon Emerald CIA game with a save backup tool like JKSAV.

I tried it earlier and it wouldn’t work. I have a Retron 5 and a copy of Emerald in physical form but PKHEX says the save file is too large.

I’m unsure if I have Godmode in my 3ds :/ if I was to upload my save file could someone change it to the correct size for PKHex please? Would be a huge help

JKSM, Checkpoint, and SaveDataFiler(?) can't back up and restore GBA VC saves. You have to do this yourself with GodMode9.

Uploading your GBA VC 00000001.sav files won't do us any good because contents from the Nintendo 3DS folder are uniquely encrypted for every 3DS system.

Are you sure about not having GodMode9? Is your 3DS hacked with custom firmware?

• Luma3DS, boot9strap, arm9loaderhax, NTRboot, seed/steel/frog/miner
