Hacking Back to Wii after long break to play SMG 2 and it doesn't work

I haven't touched my Wii since last year and now I want to play Super Mario Galaxy I just bought but I get an exception error when running it through NeoGamma R8 beta 7. I am using that launcher and IOS 249 rev14. I get a black screen with an exception error and something about a stack. What do I need to update to get this title working properly?

Update your cIOS to rev19.

Just updated to rev19 on 249 and I still get the exception error.
