    Just a quick hello,

I used to be round GBATemp (and #gbatemp on efnet) a lot back in the good old GBA days but of course as happens, real life got in the way. Anyhow, my good old GBA SP was in need of a new battery and I'd wanted a DS for ages but just never got around to buying one when the Phat was out. Almost grabbed one when the Lite came out but all the hinge crack issues totally put me off. Finally a few months back I relented and grabbed a DSi, as they went on sale locally when the 3DS was released, I promptly updated myself on the current card tech settling on a SC DSTWO. So I'm back again, hoping to get involved a bit and of course making the most of all the excellent homebrew. Really enjoying the upgrade from the GBA, wishing I'd done it sooner and glad to be back on the scene.

What's crackin' Homie. I just wanna say... DO NOT forget about the GBA; the thing was (and IS) a BEAST and should always be loved as much as (or more than) your DS. Don't forget the retro systems. [IMG]

And welcome, yeah, almost forgot. I hope you enjoy it here, it's an awesome site, I am part of the staff here (sort of?) and I will be the one reminding you of your retro gaming. [IMG]

Also, I'll have some interesting gaming related videos, hope I can do my best to entertain you. [IMG]

Don't worry Schlupi my GBA SP is still much loved and has an EFA and EZ-IV loaded up for it, just needs a new battery, though the old one is good for a few hours play. I love my retro gear, I still have my first system from 1983, Atari 600XL with Supermon (Allows OS switching) and Superram upgrades and a floppy drive, still runs like the day I got it. You wont need to be reminding me of how awesome retro gaming is, it's one of the primary reasons I bought the DSi. [IMG] I'll be sure to take note of anything cool you stumble across however.

Thanks for the welcomes Catboy, I wouldn't stress, I don't plan on breaking any rules and have a long history of participating in various technical forums and dialup BBS's before internet was readily available here, with very few incidents. All of which have involved me sticking to principles of honesty, integrity, logic and fairness in the face of someone with more power than common sense.
