uTorrent 2.x is EOL and leaky af, even the recent WebUI exploit which even still works after disabling it

The "big" private trackers like redacted are already planning on completely banning 2.x and already banned the outdated 3.x versions
Just stop bothering with old software, even our glorious leader is using Deluge
