Avatar does not change?

So , there has been this issue since some months ago , when i change my avatar instead of showing the new image i want as avatar it either shows the old avatar cropped out or just the old avatar.
Does anyone know why this happens? This is not caused by the new GBATemp , as this has been happening since some months ago.

Yes, It just takes a bit to change, It changes on everyone elses, It just takes time to update on your end.
