Hacking Autofirm not changing file

I have downloaded sysNAND from two different 2ds systems that are both on 11.0.0-33u. After running each one through Autofirm 11.0 there is no change in the files as checked by HxD and when I try to downgrade I get the "can't get am:u service". No emuNAND is installed, blank SDCard apart form the basic files required by Plialect's guide.

I figured it out, kind of.
For some reason some of the commands would not execute due to file locks like they were in use by another process. I put a "pause" line after each command in the .bat file and manually stepped through the process. One time one of the commands didn't execute correctly so I re-ran it mid-stream and it worked just fine.

I didn't modify each command and re-run the process to find the actual offending command(s), this was my quick fix.
