I've been following the guide on https://3ds.guide/ and have been having problems with the Auto CTRNAND transfer. Despite using several different SD cards and downloading the 2.1 EUR torrent several times, it always seems to fail at the SHA check.

I have tested all SD cards and they are functioning properly, so it has to be a problem with the torrent. I could post Decrypt9's logs if you want, but I'm fairly certain it's a problem with the torrent. I've tried checking the SHA of the .bin and it always has a different hex value than the .bin.sha file. Can someone provide me with a working torrent/direct download or do I have to change the .bin.sha file to get it working?

If you are checking the hash of the file from your SD card, maybe the card reader you are using to transfer files is bad?
The file is zipped, If you can extract the zip file without errors then your download from the torrent is fine, the error is somewhere else.

2.1.0-4E_ctrtransfer_o3ds.zip
734 MB (769,861,147 bytes)
MD5: A2DD768205BF9971DF9649F04BA79561
SHA-256: DF22C7A74AD073013AE6BBAE55CA01335B904E786BCED7732F6BE2690C1B698F

edit: maybe try extracting the file on your PC then copying it to your SD card?

Try using TeraCopy to copy the files to your SD card. Never modify the .bin.sha, it's there for a reason, to stop corrupted files like yours from bricking your console.

Okay, it turns out that both my SD cards were duds. What are the odds of that even happening? I tried a third one and it worked...
