Hacking audio sync problems with movies

so im encoding divx files for the m3 video player in "extend" using batchdpg. im getting audio sync issues if a file is longer than 15-20min long

any ideas?

I'd say it would be down to the programs and various setings contained therin.
B.T.W I have this problem also, in general i can NEVER get sync on compressed video. I know it can be done but ive never put alot of time into tweaking settings.
If anyone could help out......?
