audio CD ripping software

    Does anyone know a good & free (no trial crap) music cd ripping software? (no I'm not using winamp nor windows media player for it >_>)
    Google gives me a) crap b) trials c) a & b

    He might want FLAC, OGG,APE,etc. I don't know any good ones for windows ,I use Sound Juicer CD Extractor (comes with default Debian 4.0 install)

    You can use iTunes, although I hate iTunes.

    I use Windows Media Player. It rips 320kbps audio and it syncs with most 3rd party devices (excluding iPods).

    Plus it organizes them, I feel, better than iTunes.

    ID3 Tagging is at the newest version and is very simple to use as well.

    Cdparanoia on Linux is equivalent to EAC on Windows.

    If it were just MP3s, I just use what came with windows.
    But, yes. It's limited to WMA, WAV, and MP3. [​IMG]

    P.S. Sound Juicer use the CDParanoia library.
