Hacking Atmosphere EmuMMC crashing after 9.0.0

I recently updated my Switch to 9.0, since Atmosphere just started supporting it. So I got the latest version of it along side Kosmos, and when I tried to boot to EmuMMC, I got error 2162-0002. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but I tried to delete and remake my EmuMMC with no luck and I don't know how to get it to boot up again. Any help would be appreciated. Also I'm trying to avoid doing any homebrew stuff using SysNAND if that can be avoided.

I did, but I saw that it could be a potential cause, so I went into my SD card and deleted them

My "themes" folder. I had all of them stored there

Delete /atmosphere/titles/0100000000001000
