So I'm fairly new to Atmosphere. I have a trinket modded Switch which was running SXOS. The original seller who set up SX OS didn't create an EmuNAND So I've used this guide to create a EmuNAND: https://www.cfwaifu.com/switch-emunand/ and all seemed fine. I then installed Atmosphere with no issues. However, when I go into Tinfoil it shows Atmosphere on SysNAND and on EmuNAND, similairly if I go into Hekate and go to 'Launch' I get 3 icons for: OFW (SYSNAND), Atmosphere (CFW) and Atmosphere (emuMMC). My question is is this normal!? I want to use my SysNAND - after I clean it, to take my legit AC online so don't want any trace of Atmosphere on there. I changed the theme in Atmosphere to black and both version display black, while the official FW stays white. Just wondering why it says Atmosphere is installed in both places? Thanks

Load emunand and check system settings/system/top right should say something like 11.0.1IAMS 0.16.2IE (E stands for emuMMC / Emunand)

This lets you know only emunand cfw is loaded if you see an S after all that then its sysnand cfw loaded

Load Original side and do what you please.

Thanks so much for for the help. OFW displays without any letters. Both instances of Atmosphere have the 11.0.) AMS 0.16.2IE after them, which I guess means they are both on EMUNAND!?

I also used the Atmosphere/Hekate package from here:
Which has the following lines instead Hekate.ini:

{--- Nintendo Stock ---}
[OFW (SYSNAND)]
emummc_force_disable=1
fss0=atmosphere/fusee-secondary.bin
stock=1
icon=bootloader/res/ofw.bmp
{}

[Atmosphere (CFW)]
payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee-primary.bin
emummc_force_disable=1
logopath=bootloader/bootlogo.bmp
icon=bootloader/res/sys_cfw_boot.bmp
{}

{------Atmosphere Emu------}
[Atmosphere (emuMMC)]
payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee-primary.bin
logopath=bootloader/bootlogo.bmp
icon=bootloader/res/emummc_boot.bmp
{}

I guess the middle one is why I'm seeing the two Atmospheres but it doesn't explain why it shows in Tinfoil one is in SysNAND?

My next question would be how can I boot from pressing power into Atmopshere or Hekate? I can access Hekate with the + button but due to my trinket mod pressing power takes me to a Switchboot v.1.3.5 menu with an old Hekate version. Thanks again for your time in advance.

Sysnand cfw:

[Atmosphere (CFW)]
payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee-primary.bin
emummc_force_disable=1
logopath=bootloader/bootlogo.bmp
icon=bootloader/res/sys_cfw_boot.bmp
{}

EmumMC / Emunand:

{------Atmosphere Emu------}
[Atmosphere (emuMMC)]
payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee-primary.bin
logopath=bootloader/bootlogo.bmp
icon=bootloader/res/emummc_boot.bmp
{}

OFW / Normal / Stock etc:

{--- Nintendo Stock ---}
[OFW (SYSNAND)]
emummc_force_disable=1
fss0=atmosphere/fusee-secondary.bin
stock=1
icon=bootloader/res/ofw.bmp
{}

If your ofw has any cfw stuff then its dirty and or you should delete right away and only install on emuMMC as thats the reason behind having it in the 1st place.

Trinkets usually look for payload.bin
Change hekate.bin to payload.bin

Load CFW side with trinket and hekate will load if not setup to autoboot

Options - autoboot CFW emummc- save

Power off

Power on to cfw and emummc should load

payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee-primary.bin
emummc_force_disable=1

EmumMC / Emunand:

{------Atmosphere Emu------}

logopath=bootloader/bootlogo.bmp

Yup. I'm going to clean my SysNAND now. So I should delete this entry?

Sysnand cfw:

[Atmosphere (CFW)]
payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee-primary.bin
emummc_force_disable=1
logopath=bootloader/bootlogo.bmp
icon=bootloader/res/sys_cfw_boot.bmp
{}

So I deleted this entry and under Tinfoil I have the following under Payloads:
Atmosphere (SysNAND)
Atmosphere (Meemunand)
Hekate
Lockpick.

I'm wondering why Atmosphere (sysNAND) is still there? I guess I'm cleaning my sysNAND anyhow so should be fine.

Its because there is a difference between booting Atmosphere on your sysMMC or emuMMC.
