Here's a tip for the Atari 2600 lovers who are using the latest versions of retroarch.
I don't know about you, but I love playing with Double Strike resolution, and I think the bilinear filter is not a good thing for these resolutions (but bilinear is good for LED screens). Initially, I tried all the default resolutions from retroarch, but none of them fits the Atari 2600, then, the solution is to appeal to "Custom" settings. The best game to test this, in my opinion, its Freeway, noting how strange the road lines become when they are not in the correct resolution.

Here are the correct settings for NTSC games:

Screen Resolution: 640x240
Soft Filter Enable On
Aspect Ratio Index Custom
Custom Viewport X 0
Custom Viewport Y 14
Custom Viewport Width 640
Custom Viewport Height 208
Deflicker Off
HW Bilinear Filtering Off

However, this configurations don't worked on Pal games.
For now, I am using on pal Games
Viewport Height 217
HW Bilinear Filtering On

I hope it was helpful

I´m out of luck running the 29th august nightly build. Instead, I´m using 1.0.0.2 with Stella. Can I set the same resolution for this version too?
