Hey guys, I'm upgrading my PC soon, and stumbled upon this motherboard. On the specs, it says there's a WiFi-Ap, antennae included. So, to those who own this or know it well, does it support DS WiFi?

    Thanks [IMG]

Yes i think it will be compatible.

It can utilize that Wi-Fi thingo as an access point so i would assume your DS would be compatible with that. It also has Crossfire support and a nice looking rear panel with lots of cool features. Good choice.

Well, as i own that motherboard, i will answer to the best of my ability.

To my knowlage, you can not use it as an access point, as it is a receiver, not a transmitter.

I could be wrong however, as i usually am.

I'm on an even older model asus motherboard (p5ad2 premium) and the wifi CAN be used as an access point through the bundled software (asus wifi).
Pretty sure an upgraded model would retain if not improve on the features. But I don't have that actual mobo so... [IMG]
