There are eight different Ubisoft studios that are working on the development of Assassin's Creed 4, according to a new claim may have a headcount of nearly 1000.
This can be good news, since there are over 500 people working on Black Flag and that way more ideas, and etc can form into a good video game.

Here are the locations of the studios helping to form the game:

I think that this is their way of making a game real quick and not making it shit.
But it will still be shit.

That fact that this game is about an Assassin-Pirate is clear evidence that the good idea well ran dry a while ago.

Jeez oh-man! They're really rounding up everyone at Ubisoft for this one, even the not-so-notable studios!

And yeesh, doesn't Ubisoft Montpellier have enough on their plate as it is? They've still got Rayman Legends to finish for other consoles, not to mention a little game called Beyond Good & Evil 2!

Looks like the credits are gonna be longer than the game itself.

It's not like they have to make legends from the ground, they already have the engine and the levels created...

Mmhmm, but that September delay is quite a lengthy one! There's only two reasons they'd push the release that far back:

    A) Porting is tough, and there's quite a bit of work still to be done.
    B) Porting is a cinch, but they want to take Fridays off for cocktail parties!

or they need to port and create copies of the game? packing, shipping... I'd say that could take about 3 months? so porting would be also 3 months, for both consoles, so about month and half for each console? not that much work

everything is there, the engine, the levels, the design, the art work, the ideas all they have to do is wrap it nicely on a box with the PS360 logo

Uh try again. Since they announced it for 360, they have no choice but to delay it because of the 360 because of Microsoft's bullshit terms. Otherwise they risk the chance of their game being denied release on the 360.

Anyways, WHAT THE FUCK UBISOFT?! IM STILL WAITING FOR ASSASSIN'S CREED 3!

No, they could release the game on all three platforms simultaneously but a month earlier and Microsoft wouldn't care. It's not like they have to delay it to September, could be some other month, as long as the ports are released at the same time.

Ah, yes, very good. You got me!

    Warning: Spoilers inside!

(Although I still think it's fun to think of Michel Ancel as a secret weekend party animal...)

Anywho's, I'm aware of Microsoft's "Equal Opportunity Act". It is pretty silly! And more than a little gutsy, at that!

Microsoft's terms state that a game that is multiplatform CANNOT be released on another console before it is released on the Xbox without additional content, otherwise they reserve the right to deny the game release on the 360.

Note how I said "on all three platforms simultaneously". If the porting takes a month less, they can release all three versions a month earlier and Microsoft would have no reason to complain because it would not be released on another console first.

so what? I would wager the game is still gonna be boring.... go to point a and then to point b etc. Even after you beat the game you there will be nothing left to do, much like a god of war game.
