Hacking aside from DSTwo/DSTwo+, what other DS flashcart can work on 3DS?

R4i Gold 3DS is my recommendation.

$15 and pretty reliable.

I use an R4i Gold 3DS RTS, it has real time save which is good. You can find it for below 15$, but look into R4i SDHC RTS too, it's a little bit cheaper.
Both cause a little battery drain because of internal electronics.
